Deacons 2nd Birthday Party

It's official the theme will be AIRPLANES!

I wanted to wait as long as possible so he could pick his own party theme and he has decided- it is his obsession (literally I get to sleep with little metal airplanes nightly :-)

My husband and I confirmed the theme yesterday and the ideas have been racing flying through my head! (=

If you followed me last year you know that I showed you everything I did as far as Deacon's jungle birthday party went.  I also showed some final pictures in this video.  (I just watched this and goodness it was a fun party!  I can not believe it's time to plan another!)

    Oh my goodness I would LOVE to see more! I adore your idea of the fabric behind the highchair. I bet that made for AMAZING pictures with the smash cake. =)

    Jeni, no way!!!!! Patrick's first birthday is airplanes...I've been doing a lot of planning. In fact, I've been taking a ton of my ideas from this blog:

    My son's first birthday is on May 15th and we are going with the airplane theme as well! I can't wait to see the ideas you come up with. Deacon's first birthday RULED! :)

    Of course you have to share!! I'm already planning and my little girl is only 4 months old! We know it will be a bird theme because her name is Wren, so I'm with you on the ideas "flying" through my head.

    Side Note: I was curious how the laundry detergent is going. I'm pretty sure my husband fell in love with you when I showed him the video and he heard you say 77 cents for what would have cost $102 for Tide! We're going to try it soon. Not sure that we'll use it for cloth diapers but definitely for our clothes!

    Etsy has some super cute airplane themed party decor. I found some of vintage planes with a red,white blue theme that were so adorable a while back and tried to find them to post a link for you but i wasn't able to.

    Deff share!! i love ideas, chloes 2nd bday is in july. i loved how you spelt deacons name out in fruit- i did the same thing for chloes party, an it was such a hit!! we are suck w/ barney for a 2nd birthday theme....she is obsessed, and for a 1 year old you wouldnt think obsessed is possible, but its all she wants to watch, do , talk about lmao
