Long time no blog...
Now that fall is here and life is becoming more "normal" ~at least our schedule~ I hope to get back to sharing our meal plan here each week!
So here is this week (well the rest of it):
-Lasagna (with eggplant & squash)
-Curry Chicken, rice & veggies
-Stuffed Peppers
-Grilled chicken (maybe fish), mashed potatoes & squash (((appetizer this night: stuffed jalapeƱos)))
-Grab night!!
